No. Concierge campaigns run from our ad account. You just pick your song and a budget.
The ads put your song in front of people likely to enjoy it and send them to Spotify. We show you how many people saw the ads, played the videos and tapped through. What they do on Spotify is up to them, so we can’t promise a number of streams, and nobody honest can.
Your song on Spotify and an audio file of it (an .mp3 or .wav). For a playlist or artist campaign, the audio is one of your own songs.
No. Ads only use music you own or have the rights to. Meta mutes or removes ads with music that isn’t yours.
If we can’t launch your campaign, you get a full refund. If it’s stopped before the budget is used, you get back the unspent ad budget. Budget already spent with Meta can’t be refunded, and our fee isn’t refundable once your ads are live. The details are in our terms.
